HARLOW Council is teaming up with MurWalls and the local community to transform the Bush Fair Underpass as part of our ongoing programme to rejuvenate the town and inspire pride in place.

This free, drop‑in street art workshop invites residents of all ages to help create a landmark mural that celebrates Harlow’s creativity, heritage, and vibrant community spirit.

Workshops run every 10 minutes, giving participants the opportunity to:

Learn real street art techniques from some of the UK’s leading street artists

Contribute directly to a major public artwork that will become part of Harlow’s visual identity

Be “part of history” by adding their own touch to a large‑scale mural in a safe, supportive, and professionally guided environment

Whether you’re an experienced creative or trying spray art for the first time, this hands-on experience encourages local pride, builds community connections, and showcases the power of art to positively transform public spaces.
