Elections 26: Harlow Green Party leader pledges to “never give up for people of Harlow”

THE leader of the Harlow Green Party, Jennifer Steadman was in ebullient form when we met her on Saturday afternoon.
Ms Steadman is standing in the ward of Old Harlow.
This is a pretty solid Conservative territory but with Reform fighting each ward, you never know.
We will publish a ward-by-ward guide in due course.
We met Ms Steadman and her green bicycle outside Victoria Hall Theatre on St Johns Avenue.
We discussed a number of issues. See film below.

Jen has been an ever-energetic and inspirational leader, and has galvanised the Harlow Greens for these elections. She GENUINELY cares about the people of Harlow, and in the way of the Greens, is willing to work co-operatively for a better place for ALL.

A glowing endorsement by Paul King, secretary of Harlow Green Party. Now back to reality. Jennifer Steadman says in conclusion: "We will never give up". In Sumners and Kingsmoor ward they already have as the Greens have not managed to deliver a single leaflet where I live, nor canvass the street. Incidentally, I emailed Jennifer months ago to offer to repair free of labour charge any Green Party member's bicycle if they were campaigning in the local election. The offer still stands. On the positive side, I congratulate Jennifer Steadman on setting a good example by wearing a hi-vis jacket and helmet when cycling. Also, I appreciate the campaign against herbicides such as Roundup. Incidentally, Roundup was made by the same company that made the defoliant Agent Orange used by the Yanks in the Vietnam War. Jennifer is truly a lovely lady, she really is. No matter what party you lean to, I wish there were more people like her in politics in all parties.

Interesting that Paul King, secretary of Harlow Green Party, failed to defend his national party's leader Zack Polanski from the attack by Paula. Therefore, does that mean Paul King is in agreement with Paula's description of Polanski as a "dangerous fruitcake"?

This isn't voting for zack polanski. I admit I no longer recognise this green party, and what zack polanski has turned it into. This is voting for Harlow green party, who having worked with, know them to be good caring people for your community, community is what this party is all about. . I will admit all so that zack polanski is letting these good hearted people down badly. But you shouldn't put people in box's, there not all the same.
