OVER the next few years, 3,000 staff from Public Health England (PHE) are going to descend upon Harlow.

But before that, their director of communications, Michael Beard, descend on the area, literally, as he undertook a sky dive for St Clare Hospice.

Michael has raised over £800 but here is still time to sponsor him.
