RAINBOW Services are thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new youth project on Monday 26th June 2018.

Their Recycling Workshop will open on a Monday and two evenings per week to support young people to take part in positive and creative activities. The aim of the youth project is to prevent young people from carrying out anti-social behaviour, committing violent acts and disengaging from education and society.

During their time at the project the young people will be renovating and building items which will be used by community organisations or to raise donations for the community. They will be mentored by volunteers and supported to identify and link up with sustainable community activities beyond their time within this project.

The new programme will create a learning, practical, positive and community based environment, supporting them to think more positively about their future opportunities and involvement in community activity.
