Harlow College staff set to abseil for Teens Unite charity

Charity / Wed 17th Apr 2019 pm30 01:23pm

HARLOW College staff and supporters are taking on the challenge of abseiling down the 160ft Affinity Water Tower in Church Langley in aid of Teens Unite.

Teens Unite are a charity based locally who bring together young people aged 13-24 year olds diagnosed with cancer through workshops, activity days and residential stays. Teens Unite provides ongoing social, emotional and physical support to young people as they face the battle against cancer, from diagnosis, through treatment, recovery and into remission.

No one should have to fight cancer alone.

Please support them by donating whatever you are able. Every donation will help towards their team goal of £500! The money raised will enable Teens Unite to continue supporting teenagers and young adults throughout their cancer journey.

They will be doing the abseil on 4th May 2019. The address of the water tower is “Harlow Affinity Water Tower, Church Langley, Harlow, Essex, CM17 9XE”. This abseil is organised by Harlow Rotary Club.
