Make it a Crafty Christmas at The Harvey Centre

THE Harvey Centre is inviting customers to heed the call of the festive town crier and explore an array of unique Christmassy makes at their mini Etsy market this Christmas.
Every weekend from 23rd November – 22nd December, shoppers will find five stunning contemporary tree-style stalls on the first floor of the centre, brimming with the makes of some local Etsy sellers.

The market will be open from 11am – 4pm each Saturday and Sunday, with a fabulous array of unique and special hand-crafted gifts, decorations and more from small, independent businesses from the local area. Plus, enjoy some tasty treats from local company, JK Munchies.

A traditional town crier will call out season’s greetings across each weekend and help spread the festive cheer throughout The Harvey Centre, while a festive face painter will be in the centre every Saturday to make children up with their design of choice – completely FREE.

There will also be a series of FREE fun, creative Christmas craft workshops, on the hour every hour between 11am and 3pm, every Saturday (except Saturday 7th December, when it will run on Sunday 8th instead) to create your own unique Christmas makes including Christmas cards, an angel, a gnome, a Christmas jar and a festive decoration. Workshops are completely FREE for children to enjoy with a £2 donation to Phoenix Resource Centre requested for adults.

Bryan Young, Centre Manager at The Harvey Centre said, “This Christmas, we really wanted to provide shoppers of Harlow with a unique and memorable shopping experience with the chance for them to make some one-of-a-kind purchases to put under the tree. We really hope everyone enjoys the festivities at The Harvey Centre.!”
