Oyez! Town crier makes official proclamation for Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in Harlow

A TOWN Crier has made the official proclamation of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in Harlow.
The proclamation took place on the balcony of the council chambers in The Water Gardens.
This was done in the presence of the chair of Harlow Council, cllr Andrew Johnson.
