HARLOW charity Rainbow Services, which works to improve the lives of local people, have arranged a series of One Pot Cooking Sessions.

The sessions run three weeks at a time and each week a new one pot recipe is prepared using healthy ingredients purchased on a budget.

They are working in partnership with Citizens Advice Harlow to provide information on budgeting and energy efficiency and with support from Harlow Bounty Club.

At the end of the three weeks, each attendee will receive a Healthy Slow Cooker Recipe Book, and a Slow Cooker.

Week one was a great success with everyone enjoying preparing and sharing a healthy Chilli with week two preparing for Marry Me Chicken!!
