They finished ahead of Ware Joggers, Harlow Running and Tri Club and Saffron Striders at the top of the rankings.

Individual age-group wins were clinched by Tori Foot (senior ladies), Louise Fletcher (FV35), Jo Jurd (FV45), Sam Pedley (senior male), Mark Spiller (MV40), Ernesto Johnson (MV60) and Peter Beatty (MV70).

Harlow made it to third place in both men’s and ladies but failed to make an impression on the top places.

Carrine Jay took ninth place in the race in Newport last Sunday and Rob Lowe took seventh. Carrine won the Ladies 55-64 category and Rob took the 55-59 prize.

The next male runner after Rob was Martyn Coulter in 26th place.

Well done to all who took part.
