A LEADING Harlow poet has had her latest poetry collection published today, on Valentine’s Day!
The Liminal Light of the Night is by Carmella de Keyser.
It is a collection of poems covering topics of loss, bereavement, the internal world of self and identity, energy transformations and ultimately – acceptance.

The main themes of the book result from an examination of the thoughts that arise during liminal threshold periods of our lives including, a journey into grief, incongruity and the act of creation as a form of reparation.
It was winner of an international pamphlet competition by the Hedgehog Poetry Press in 2024.
Carmella said: “Poetry is for everyone and is a wonderful way of practicing mindfulness, I am delighted to see that poetry is continuing to flourish and develop in our innovative town and that Harlow is continuing to be a hub of creativity within the UK.
